1. Order

• 1.1. The products offered for sale on the website are for personal use only. Resale or retail sale of products purchased from RD Cosmetics is prohibited.
• 1.2. By placing an order, the user agrees to review and accept all the terms outlined on the site and in the product descriptions.
• 1.3. The user agrees to receive emails or push notifications from RD Cosmetics.
• 1.4. After confirming the order for skincare products, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.
• 1.5. If the product is out of stock, the order may be canceled without any liability for RD Cosmetics.
• 1.6. In case the product cannot be supplied, the relevant part or the entire order may be canceled.
• 1.7. The user does not object to receiving calls for service quality evaluation purposes.
• 1.8. In the case of repeated cancellations or violations of terms, the user's ability to place an order may be restricted.
• 1.9. The user must provide accurate and valid information when placing an order. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.
• 1.10. Product availability may change during the order process due to technical reasons.
• 1.11. The registration of an order and payment signify the conclusion of the contract.
• 1.12. The user must provide all required information (address, contact, payment, etc.) for the order.

2. Payment

• 2.1. Purchases through the site can only be made by legally authorized individuals.
• 2.2. You must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
• 2.3. Payment details will be verified and shared with third parties during the payment process. These details may be provided to law enforcement authorities if necessary.
• 2.4. Payments are made only by bank card and in full. There is an option for installment payments (2, 3, or 6 months) with "Birkart".

3. Delivery

• 3.1. Delivery is only available within the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• 3.2. You must provide accurate and complete address and contact information.
• 3.3. RD Cosmetics may delegate the delivery process to a third party.
• 3.4. During delivery, you must inspect the product and sign the confirmation document.

Note: The following products cannot be returned or exchanged (according to AR legislation, Decision No. 114, May 24, 1998):

• Gold and gold items
• Precious and semi-precious stones
• Perfume and cosmetic products
• Underwear, swimwear
• Personal hygiene items
• Textile and plastic products without manufacturing defects
• Food products removed from the store

4. Delivery Hours

Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 11:00 to 19:00, and on weekends from 11:00 to 18:00. It is important to be present at the address at the agreed time.

5. Delivery Area

Delivery is available to post offices in Baku, surrounding villages, and regions.

Delivery Rules:

• Delivery is free for orders of 50 AZN or more.
• For orders under 50 AZN, delivery charges vary depending on the address.

Payment Methods:

Payment is only accepted via bank card on the website. Installment payment options (2, 3, or 6 months) are available with "Birkart".
